How about going to Old Harbour?
Old Harbour is on the east side of Block Island, only a short ferry ride from the mainland of Rhode Island. It's no surprise that the picturesque seaport and its Victorian style waterfront are full of yachts and boats, as the old port is one of the first rowing destinations in New England. This is a safe port, protected by a breakwater. On the shore, you can find seafood restaurants, shops and quaint hotels, as well as explore the Historic Block Island Resort Community, new Shoreham. New Shalom is considered one of the most beautiful cities in New England.
