The Brewers Association recently announced the top 50 beer producers in the United States in 2014, based on the output of major breweries. Anheuser Busch, the maker of Budweiser Beer, won again this year, followed by Miller Coors, Pabst and Yuengling.

Looking at this list, we can see that beer is a product of very regional culture, and the excellent breweries in the United States are all related to the geographical environment. Apart from Budweiser beer, many of the wineries are located in and around the six major beer cities recently selected by the Huffington Post. The six major cities are Cleveland, Ohio, Ashville, North Carolina, Portland, Maine, Tahiti, Michigan, San Diego, California, and New York.
